145 temperature

whenever there is a traffic jam the car temperature starts roaring.
it shows up to 100 celsius. is it normal?

I'm new whith alfa, what is the normal behaviour as far as temperature is concerned? do I have a problem whith the cooling system?

Also, in traffic jams, when the temperature goes above 90º the oil indicator starts to blink, although the car has oil.

Could anybody help?

it is not normal!!!

check your "cooler/radiator" (sorry I don´t know the correct word). The "blinds" are often rusty and can´t cool the water behind. The "cooler/radiator" looks fine if you only have a look from the top or bottom.
This is a typical problem!

100 is too much....

my 2.0 ti goes about 95.. I am a bit worried about this and
think about changing the radiator


my 1.4 is ok ... but goes to just 60 on a cold day on the
motorway... that worries me too....
