My Alfa Connect I

Hallo,

ich fahre eine Giulia MY 20.

Die Niederlassung hat MyAlfaConnect für mich freigeschaltet und ich sehe mein Fahrzeug.
Abwahl alle Dienste aktiviert sind auf der Webseite, hab ich in der App nur die Standortkarte, Auf- und Zuschließen sowie Lichter.

Hat jemand Erfahrung mit dem Problem?

Ja. Des Rätsels Lösung ist ganz einfach: Die anderen Dienste (My Car und My Navigation) sind aktuell ganz einfach seitens Alfa noch nicht verfügbar. Hätten Ende September kommen sollen. Abwarten und Tee trinken...

Anybody has got more info than the lock/unlock/lgiths and location?
from yesterday I can also see the owner manual of the car on the app..

Anybody else can see battery, fuel etc?

Superfast explained that the services my car and my navigation are not online yet. My car is the app where actually fuel status etc should be displayed. But it's not available at the moment.

It is strange the services show active on Web (status of your account)! but not on the app, right?
confuses people to be honest.

even more strange, that my service guy showed me an internal information/mail about availability of the promised services. The information stated, that the services will be available from september after update to 1.6.2. (My alfaconnect) - the message was released beg-mid of september but still nothing available...
Why they promise something still 2 weeks before the deadline is over And than no more information / updates...
they really thought they can release the functions within two weeks and than they realised they cannot release it within next months and decided to keep siclence
Its like Airport Berlin

Anyhow, my alfaconnectbox still not working - alfa is working on it... they try to fix by updates and resets and so on... finally i guess they will change the box... Working on it from June and still no any idea why its not working...

As IT guy, worked on sensitive sectors (banking, social media). I suspect they need to pass compliance and other tests.... before they delive it. think about somebody hacking into your vehicle... and you having an accident cause their box by mistake allowed your car to be disabled!
huge scandal. Add covid delays... you sum it up!

Cause the box has access to canbus! giving access online to your canbus without penetration testing and proof it is unbreakable.. could be hard.
But if they had open culture, they should communicate! to all interested people, and probably ask for testers in real world.

lt. FCA Österreich verzögert sich der Start aufgrund von COVID (oder sie sind einfach nicht fertig geworden).

Super ist auch das laut Homepage für das Navi - 3 Routen berechent werden (Schnell, kürzeste, spritsparendste), gibt sogar ein tolles bild auf der HP...

Auf nachfrage hies es das dies erst beim nächsten großen Navisystemupdate, in ausgewählten LÄndern, zur Verfügung stehen wird.

Da jetz wieder LockDown wirds wohl 2022

Habe MY 20 und angeblich alle neusten Updates (stand: Mitte Oktober)...
- kein ISC
- Keine 3 Routen
Und am besten is der Hinweis “optimalere Route gefunden” - die kann man nur annehmen oder ablehnen, leider keine Vorschau oder Infos zur optimaleren Route...

Dealer from Germany (Krefeld) told me that there is an campaign called 6303... which enables ISC! Once I will go to fix some bumper issue the car have had, he will also enable ISC! lets see!
I suspect this will not be till 2021 (my visit). Lets see.

ja witziger weise war das bei meinem baujahr 2017 stelvio - also "altes" navi - auch möglich, aber beim my2020 leider nicht, bin gespannt... gg
