I'd like to get a spoiler for my Mito, and Alfisti.net is selling the exact same one that comes with the Veloce trim. It says that it's for 'all Mito'. However, when I asked at my local Alfa dealer if I could get one of these spoilers for my Lusso model, they said that it wasn't possible because Veloce and Lusso had different tailgates...? Was this just a bit of sales patter to try to get me to but the spoilers they do have (i.e. not the same as the Veloce ones - bigger, more sporty, not quite what I'm after).???

Also, how would I fit a spoiler once I've bought it?

Just contact the shop directly:

I am pretty sure they can tell you.

Hi Charlie,

the original spoilers are mounted by some special brackets and they are glued with a double sided tape.
The MiTo with original spoilers have some holes in the roof for those brackets.
The after sales spoilers don't need holes. They come with a special glue and you don't have to drill holes.

The tails are the same! Only the holes and the way of mounting is the difference.
