Gearbox

I have Alfa 156 V6 24V engine with damaged Q-matic gearbox.
My friend have 5-speed gearbox from 1.8 Twin Spark engine.
Is there any possibility to install it to my engine without any problems
(I`m interrested only for technical problems with gearbox-engine) ?

The short answer is that it won't fit. If it does, then it won't last.

Better fit a new gearbox.
