Paint question 1997 GTV 3.0

Hiya,
Dunno if anyone experienced this, but when I whiped off some bird-droppings of my boot with a wet sponge and dryed it with a new cloth, the cloth left scratches all over the boot ! I never knew that the paint was that easy to damage. Or is it just a bad paintbatch ?

Has anyone a suggestion how to solve this? Please don't tell me that I need a paintjob !

Hi roon, thats bad luck but bird drops are very hard to carboots, there is only one thing you can do ...
Clean your car and take some mild!!! polish to tke the scratches away;)

I just bought Commandan t Scrath remover nr5 today,
