Vollständige Version anzeigen : Rims for 156 8x18"
I am about to install my new BBS RC 8x18" on my Alfa 156 1.8
model 1999.
Has anyone tried that before?
Suspension used is KW 2nd stage.
Looking for replies before too late!!!!!!!
with 8x18 it is almost certain that the wheelarch edges need to be 'folded', but if you fit 225/40 R 18 tyres, that's probably all you need to do.
If done professionally the work is carried out quickly and without damaging the paintwork.

It also depends on the offset of your BBS rims. With 156, anything more than 35mm (especially 18 x 8) may cause clearance problem with the fenders. I have a 17 x 7.5 (Zender Siena) 30mm offset with 215/45 tires and Eibach springs, this set up works fine with no clearance problem. Another guy I know has 18" Siena with 28mm offset and 225 tires, He used to have 18 x 7.5 rims for 156 with 38mm offset before changing to Siena - it worked very welll with no modification needed.
