Vollständige Version anzeigen : Blue Cloverleaf Badges
Hi
I bought my 145 a couple months ago, a 1998 model. Strange thing is, it has BLUE Quadrifoglio badges! These are not tampered, sprayed, faded etc - they are originals. Can anyone tell me whats the deal here? Why not the normal green? Does this mean anything? Ive scoured the net & dealerships to no avail, so this is my last hope!
Thanks!

Hello,
I was ready to buy one QV this summer. Was a typical blue (not the light or the dark one) '98 with blue badges like yours.
I dont know the real reason but I suppose that with the blue car body the green was not a good combination.
I think QV had a small chassis color range.

Hi,
I have a '98 145 Cloverleaf and mine also has the blue side and rear badges. Mine is UK spec in Silver metallic with no sunroof and black MOMO leather.
I also cannot find anything about this anywhere - and ALFA UK also dont know......
Oh, and in the UK the cars are badged as cloverleaf as oppose to other countried where its badged QV (which stands for Quattro valvole - 4 valves, not QUADRIFOGLIO VERDE)

Hi.
Only the 2 litres ar QV's, so it can't stand for 'four valves', my 1,4 has also 4 valves and is no QV.
Ciao

AFAIK the blue Cloverleafs were used on the continent (dunno where exactly) and a few have slipped onto cars destined for the UK.

Hi lads,
Not sure about this. I think its just faded to be honest.
I have a red cloverleaf and it has a green badge on the tailgate but the side skirt badges are a light blue colour. I think it was just faded? I don't think there are any blue cloverleafs.

I didn´t know the reason why (maybe year of build),
but some of the 145QV have green, most have blue badges.
Here a pic of a 145QV (2001) I owned. This QV got green ones.

Now I´ve got a 1996 145QV with blue badges.
Maybe the green badges will be stolen from a 164QV? :)

my 145 from 1996 has also green ones.
I saw a lot of 145QV and I don´t remember that there was a QV with blue ones.
