A145 1.4 TS oil brands suggestion

Hello,
Any suggestions on which oil brand would be the best for the A145 TS?
Alfa Romeo suggests Selenia but is this the best choice?

Ciao Yiannis,

I often use castrol but also other brands. If you get a 10W40 synthetik oil and no very-cheap-discounter-oil it is OK :)
