Rear wheel angle on 1998 GTV

Does anyone know what angle the rear wheels should be on a 1998 2.0 16V TS Lusso?????
The top of my rear wheels are leaning in approx 1.5 inches (38mm) from the bottom to top measuring from the outside edge of wheel bottom to top.
Is this the way it should be ?? OR is there a problem with bushes etc, etc???
Any help would be most helpfull as im new to Alfa's and need all the help you guys can give me.:-]

Do you still have a problem? I understand what you wrote but I understand not your problem.
The best way is to drive to your dealer and let him check your chassis/wheel geometry.
