When changing my spark plugs today I was shocked to see that the plugs from chambers 1 and 4 where DRIPPING with oil. Engine is not burning excess oil and performance does not appear to be affected.....can someone give me any advice ???
Any help would be greatfully appreciated.!hello!

Thanks for your reply to my post. I may be wrong, but its woth checking, is to have a look at your cam cover gaskets. If the inner is leaking, it will leak oil into the spark plug holes around the plugs, and maybe when you pulled the plug out, it dripped down into the cylinder.....

My 2.0 TS 145 uses about a litre of oil a week, and theres no smoking or nothing...just one of those things i guess!

My wheels both are approximately 1.5" in at the top.......is this normal. ( GTV 2.0 TS Lusso 1998 model )

anyway you should check for blue smoke coming out of the tailpipe. If it exists - probably your rubber rings (taking off the oil fron the valves - don't know exact English word) are bad.

It's known problem on TS engines, i have the same problem once.
You need to replace the valve cover gasket , can DIY.
