Bilstien or Koni? is suit to H&R for 156

Currently i fitted the H&R sports spring to my 2.0 ltr 156 Selespeed, but now i'm looking for their right shock absorbers mate, if anyone has experience before please suggest. And If Bilstien what is its part no. cause here in Thailand i scare of the after market shop could cheat us., Thanks

Bilstein Sport (without lowering or only a small lowering)
you need for the front:
Bilstein BE3-2796

and the rear:
VE3-4435 or VE3-4720 (don´t ask me about the difference)
