Thumping / grating fro front wheel

Recent a thumping / grating noise has starting coming from the front drivers wheel - I think it is suspension / shock related as it is worse when you hit a bump in the road or strangly when you go up a steep slope in the car park

Any ideas ?

Hi Nick,
I Think you are correct and the noises come from the Silent Blocks that mounts the suspension.Try Replacing them ALL.I would propose Polyurethane aftermarket silent blocks.

pls check the both "track rod end"!!!
It's because those parts is too weak when u driving after 35000km!!!
